In addition to our standard line of assembled products, we offer contract-machining services.   The backbone of our machining job shop is our screw machine department.  We turn parts to OEMs' specs in such industries as automotive, food processing equipment, and fluid power, to name a few.

The quality of our work is unsurpassed mainly because of the quality of our people.  Over the years we’ve assembled an impressive team of gifted machinists with a combined total of over 200 years of experience in working with every conceivable material and technique of fabrication.

This quality is assured by a comprehensive and fully documented system, modeled after the ISO 9002: 1994 standard.  This system requires us to begin a quality plan before submitting a quote, ensuring that if we get a job, we’ve verified that we can complete it on time conforming to our customer’s specifications.

Our screw machine department includes 20 Brown & Sharpe single-spindle screw machines up to 1.5” diameter bar capacity, and a complete secondary department, including CNC vertical machining centers and lathes.  We can efficiently produce orders as small as one hundred pieces or as large as one million pieces.
