OEP has developed strategic, confidential relationships with companies in such fields as commercial and industrial equipment, medical instrumentation and devices, and semiconductor fabrication equipment. Our engineers have worked with our customers’ engineers to synthesize and refine several elegant designs, develop and test prototypes, and plan and implement full production on several electromechanical assembly projects unrelated to our standard product line.

Our experience with exotic materials (beryllium copper, Ultem^©, modern ceramics, etc.) and state-of–the-art methods of manufacture, as well as more traditional electromechanical assembly techniques like soldering, riveting, presswork, and so on, enable us to bid on a broad range of jobs in terms of technical depth and complexity. Our CAD/CAM capabilities, CNC machining department, stamping department, and in-house tool-and-die department help to streamline the process of new product development, reducing time to market.
